After I hit one Pod, no other Pods light up...why?Updated 2 years ago

There may be a few explanations:

  1. Are you using the light delay-time setting? This setting causes the pods to delay lighting up after being tapped. This can also be set on a random setting. Head to the activity’s settings and check the light delay time.
  2. Has the activity duration ended?  You can change the activity duration in the activity settings and set either an amount of time or amount of hits. To find out more on how to use the BlazePod settings, follow this link to the BlazePod manual.
  3. Your Pod may have ran out of battery, and the activity will therefore stop on the app. Make sure to charge your Pods before using them.
  4. Is the Pod more than 40m away from the mobile device? If so, it may have lost Bluetooth connection, and the activity will have stopped running on the app. Move the device and Pod closer together and try to reconnect in the Pod settings.
